ORDA was initially developed by the Library and Knowledge Service the Royal Derby Hospital and is now a joint collaboration between Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust; Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust; Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust; University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust.
The repository will regularly be updated by library staff in each trust with publication information (metadata) from PubMed and other sources, but if you've submitted an article for publication, please let us know about it!
Full-text of journal articles will be included with the author's permission, and in compliance with publisher's Open Access policies. If the ORDA administrators are notified of a potential breach of copyright, or receive a complaint indicating a violation of publishers' rules or other relevant concern, the item involved will be removed from the repository as quickly as possible, pending further investigation. If it is subsequently found that the item does not breach any law, the material will be reinstated.
The repository will initially be populated with publication data from 2014-, with other historical publication data and other document types (posters, internal project reports, conference presentations etc.) being added retrospectively. Please contact the repository administrators for further details.
ORDA can also hold Researcher profiles which can be made public.
